EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT $100.00 per person if signed up before February 8, 2026. Deposits are refundable prior to 90 days before the tour, minus any monies already paid by BLT. A $30.00 per transaction refund fee will be applied if you cancel your reservation. No refunds within 90 days of the tour.

5:40 AM - Meet at Executive Coach, 525 Beaver Valley Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602. for a 5:50 departure.
6:15 - Meet at Heritage Hotel, 500 Centerville Road, Lancster, PA 17601 for a 6:30 departure.
6:55 - Meet at LCBC Church, 951 North Hills Road, York, 17402 for a 7:10 AM departure.
A Sweet Treat will be handed out on the bus in the morning.
8:30 - Please meet at Frederick Community College,7932 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702, for an 8:45 departure.
1:30 - 2:30 PM - Lunch stop (included). Doumar’s, Norfolk, VA.
3:00 - 4:15 - MacArther Memorial, Norfolk, VA.
4:45 - Check into our hotel for the next three nights. Spark by Hilton, 7940 Shore Drive, Norfolk.
5:30 - Dinner at a local restaurant.

7:45 - Depart for Hampton Roads.
9:00 - Noon - Norfolk Sail 250 with reserved bleacher seating.
Various activities are taking place along the waterfront.
12:30 - Guided Tour of Fort Monroe Visitor & Education Center and the Casemate Museum.
2:00 - Depart for the 1920 Hampton Carousel, Hampton, VA.
3:30 - Depart for dinner, Captain George’s Seafood Restaurant, Virginia Beach, VA.
4:00 - 5:30 - Enjoy a delicious smorgasbord dinner at Captain George’s Seafood Restaurant.

9:45 - Arrive for Spirit of Norfolk with Lunch Cruise, Norfolk, VA.
Free time to explore the waterfront. Benches are throughout the walkway.
10:30 - Board the Spirit of Norfolk.
11:00 - 1:00 - Spirit of Norfolk Lunch Dinner Cruise.
12 Noon - Festival opens at noon Location is Townpoint Park
12 Noon - 6:00 PM - Tour the various Tall Ships, and other activities along the waterfront.
Food and entertainment will be ongoing throughout the full day
TBD - Return to the hotel

Day #4: Sunday, June 21st
6:00 - 10:00 AM - Continental Breakfast at the hotel.
7:30 - Have your checked bag outside your hotel room door for baggage handlers to pick up. You may put your suitcase out before breakfast.
8:30 - Board the bus with all your personal items.to board, and you and the driver aren’t ready for them, it’s confusing. I will have a luggage check-off sheet. I will go over it, but if you forget, Ted knows how to do it.
8:45 - Depart for home.
Rest stop along the way. The driver can recommend.
12:45 PM - Return to Frederick Community College.
1:00 - 2:00 - Fast food stop.
3:15 – Return to LCBC, York.
7:45 - Return to Heritage Hotel, Lancaster.
8:30 - Return to Executive Coach Willow Street.
